Meet the founder

Castle Security Systems was founded by Jack Brown, whose career spans more than 35 years across the electrical, electronics, security, military, and enterprise technology sectors.

Jack began his career in the electrical and electronics industry, spending more than a decade designing, installing, and supporting electronic and security systems before serving in the Canadian Armed Forces. He later transitioned into enterprise technology, where he spent more than 25 years leading complex digital transformation, IT service delivery, and technology governance initiatives for organizations across North America. Along the way, he earned an MBA, PMP®, and ITIL® 4 Master certification.

Those experiences shaped a simple philosophy: technology should never be implemented simply because it is available - it should be designed to solve business problems, reduce risk, and deliver measurable outcomes.
That philosophy is the foundation of Castle Security Systems.

Today's surveillance systems are no longer just cameras mounted on buildings. They are intelligent, network-connected edge devices that form part of an organization's broader operational technology ecosystem.
